Dubai in November: Weather, What to Do & What to Book Early

Early November afternoons still reach the low 30s Celsius. By the end of the month they sit in the high 20s, evenings drop to the low 20s and the humidity that made September sticky has gone. What the weather is actually like

Midday in early November still feels like summer. By late November the afternoons are in the high 20s and the evenings in the low 20s: warm enough for dinner outside, cool enough for a long walk. The sea holds its summer warmth, so a beach day is pleasant rather than an endurance test. Skies are reliably clear.

The practical difference from summer: you can be outside at 1pm without planning your route around shade, and an evening walk along the Marina, JBR or Downtown becomes the best part of the day rather than something to get through.
